A software program consisting of culinary medicine videos for patients with chronic illnesses delivered via an app equipped with customized recipes, meal plans, and nutritional education. The presentation was given by Dr. Allison Childress, an Assistant Professor at Texas Tech University's Nutritional Sciences department and CEO of 3 CulinaryMed Docs.
3 CulinaryMed Docs is a part of the sixth cohort of the Texas Tech Accelerator program and a recipient of other awards/grants from the Innovation Hub.

We are a team of three made up of two registered dietitians with ~30 years of clinical experience and one culinary expert with over 10 years of experience in the field. We are also Assistant Professors and researchers at Texas Tech University.
